Center Enamel: Global Biogas & Wastewater Treatment Solutions Provider

The global biogas industry is in a phase of large-scale expansion, with China contributing the major share of new capacity, becoming the fastest-growing single market. Europe's mainstream model focuses on combined heat and power (CHP) and biomethane grid injection, with active biomethane certificate trading and application scenarios covering power generation, heating, and transportation fuel. China, in contrast, emphasizes vehicle fuel and industrial heating while actively promoting the fertilizer utilization of digestate, showing significant differentiation in application scenarios.

Southeast Asian emerging markets show rapidly growing food waste treatment demand, becoming key areas for global companies; while African and Latin American markets remain in the early stages, primarily relying on low-cost direct application models. Countries show differentiated development paths in biogas resource utilization: Europe focuses on energy output, China emphasizes comprehensive utilization, and emerging markets prioritize pollution control.

Corrosion Resistance Far Superior to Traditional Concrete Tanks

Center Enamel's independently developed double-sided double-layer enameling technology is the industry's leading coating anti-corrosion technology, with corrosion resistance completely surpassing concrete tanks. Concrete tank interiors are riddled with pores, allowing wastewater and acid/alkaline media to easily penetrate and corrode the structural layer. Long-term use leads to irreversible problems such as internal wall spalling, water seepage, and rebar corrosion, which are difficult to repair and cannot be fundamentally resolved.

GFS tanks feature high-temperature enameling on both the interior and exterior surfaces of steel panels, with a dense, non-porous enamel finish that completely blocks corrosive liquids and biogas permeation. The enamel layer has extremely strong chemical stability, resisting acids, alkalis, salts, and microbial corrosion. Concrete tanks will develop extensive corrosion and leakage after 5-8 years of use, while GFS tank anti-corrosion service life can exceed 30 years, with no need for frequent internal lining repairs throughout the service life, significantly reducing long-term anti-corrosion maintenance investment and fundamentally eliminating environmental risks of medium leakage contaminating sites and groundwater. Compared to traditional concrete and FRP tanks, GFS tank coatings have no risk of peeling or blistering, and are adaptable to highly corrosive conditions such as palm oil mill effluent, livestock manure, and chemical high-salinity wastewater, with outstanding long-term comprehensive cost advantages.

Anaerobic Digestion Process and Solutions-CSTR Process

CSTR operates in continuous feed, continuous reaction, and intermittent/continuous sludge discharge mode, with a concise and coherent process flow. High-solids organic wastewater, after pretreatment to remove large-particle impurities, is fed at a constant rate into the sealed anaerobic reactor via feed pumps. Continuous mechanical stirring maintains uniform mixing throughout the reactor, creating a stable anaerobic environment. Within the reactor, acidogenic bacteria and methanogens decompose macromolecular organic matter in stages, first hydrolyzing and acidifying polysaccharides, proteins, and lipids into volatile fatty acids, then further degrading them into methane and carbon dioxide biogas. Throughout the reaction, no material stratification occurs, pollutants are continuously degraded, treated supernatant overflows from the upper portion of the reactor, aged sludge is periodically discharged from the bottom, and biogas is uniformly collected for resource utilization, maintaining stable sludge concentration and reaction equilibrium for consistent treatment performance.

Key Water Quality Characteristics and Treatment Approaches

Stable water quality, simple composition, with high ammonia nitrogen, high total phosphorus, high salinity, and low COD as core characteristics—prominent eutrophication concerns. Through thorough anaerobic digestion, most macromolecular organics have been converted to methane and carbon dioxide, resulting in significantly reduced and stable COD with no easily decomposable pollutants. Nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium nutrients are concentrated during fermentation, with ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus far exceeding conventional discharge standards—these are the key control parameters. Moderate to high salinity with strong acid/base buffering, slightly alkaline. Clear, low-turbidity liquor with minimal odor, very low suspended solids. Moderate biodegradability, no major fluctuations, without the high pollution load characteristics of conventional organic wastewater.

Malaysia Palm Oil Biogas Project

The project uses Center Enamel GFS tanks as the core anaerobic digestion facility with 5 tanks, each with effective volume of 5,400 m³, total effective volume 27,000 m³. Influent COD ≥ 60,000 mg/L, BOD ≤ 25,000 mg/L. After anaerobic digestion, effluent COD drops to below 12,000 mg/L, BOD ≤ 5,000 mg/L—overall organic removal efficiency approximately 80%. Single tank daily biogas production 4,400 m³, total project daily biogas 22,000 m³—stable biogas yield of 0.45 m³ per kg COD removed—efficient biogas energy recovery while solving palm oil processing wastewater pollution.

Center Enamel’s Smart Manufacturing and Global Service Network

Center Enamel's core intelligent manufacturing base is located in Hebei Province, China, covering a total area of over 150,000 m², with Phase I mature manufacturing facility and Phase II high-end environmental equipment industrial park—dual-base synergy ensures stable production capacity. The base includes dedicated R&D office buildings, proprietary material laboratories, and finished product testing centers, with full-process quality control systems meeting ISO, NSF, CE, and other international standards. The facility operates to green manufacturing standards, certified as a Provincial Green Factory—balancing efficient production with energy conservation and emission reduction. The company has 6 marketing service centers across China, establishing a nationwide production-sales network ensuring stable global order delivery. The base is adjacent to expressway networks and major logistics hubs, with complete container shipping capabilities—supporting simultaneous large-scale tank projects globally. The base employs over 500 staff, with multiple parallel automated production lines—facility scale and production capacity firmly placing it among the global top tier of GFS tank equipment manufacturers.

Proven Global Installation and Project Management Experience

Unmatched global practical experience among domestic peers—over a decade covering multiple regions and all industry sectors. In 2009, Center Enamel completed the first overseas GFS tank installation—sending a team to Niger, Africa for drinking water storage tank installation. In 2015, it broke industry ground with China's first GFS tank export and installation to the US—passing strict US acceptance standards. All installed projects have operated stably for many years, covering livestock biogas, POME, municipal wastewater, and drinking water storage applications. Construction has covered Southeast Asia, Africa, the Americas, and other regions—accumulating specialized solutions for complex sites including mountainous terrain, coastal salt spray, tropical high temperatures, and high-standard European/American facility conditions—maturely addressing global special construction requirements.
