Core Process(CSTR+ USR)

CSTR (Continuous stirred-tank reactor) is the core process in the anaerobic digestion process section of biogas engineering. It is an anaerobic treatment technology that completely mixes fermentation raw materials and microorganisms in a closed tank to produce biogas. The CSTR reactor is equipped with a mechanical stirring device. Through constant temperature continuous or semi-continuous feeding, the organic wastewater with high suspended solids and high concentration and anaerobic microorganisms are in a relatively complete mixed fermentation state, which can effectively degrade the organic matter in the wastewater.
